In short

Gaia Saga Chess does not collect, send or sell personal data. There are no accounts, no ads, no analytics and no tracking of any kind.

Who is responsible

The game is published by ADS Doctor. For any privacy question, write to info@adsdoctor.es.

What is stored and where

The game stores on the device itself the name or nickname the child types, the age they choose, their progress, coins and settings. The four-digit family key is stored encrypted (PBKDF2 with SHA-256), never as readable text.

This data never leaves the device: we do not receive it and have no access to it.

Internet connections

The game works offline. It only uses the internet for two things, always through Google Play: the one-time “Full Gaia” purchase, whose payment Google handles under its own privacy policy (we only receive confirmation of the purchase, never payment details), and downloading the voices and other game content.

The game does not connect to our servers or to any third-party service.

Children

The game is designed for children aged 4 to 8 and follows the Google Play Families policy. There is no chat, no advertising and no links to other websites for children. Purchases and family settings sit behind an adults-only question or the family key.

How to delete the data

Since we hold no data about you, there is nothing to delete on our side. To delete the data on the device, use “Restart the adventure” for that player in “Family options”, or uninstall the game.

Your rights

You can write to us about anything. If you believe your data has not been handled properly, you can complain to the data protection authority in your country.

If anything above changes, we will publish it on this page with a new date.
